Kanosuke DOUBLE DISTILLERY is a Japanese whisky made at the two distilleries owned by our family in Kagoshima, on Japans southwest coast.
The carefully crafted recipe brings out the distinctive characteristics of each distillery a pot still barley whisky distilled at Hioki, and single malt distilled at Kanosuke.
Both spirits are aged at Kanosuke, continuing a tradition of barrel aged spirits tarted by our grandfather Kanosuke Komasa. We proudly continue his legacy, drawing on a range of cask types to create a mellow, full-flavored and unique Japanese whisky.”
